This session is intended for professional staff who supervise student employees. We’ll introduce Engaged Leaders Through Employment, a program committed to embedding intentional leadership development into the student employment experience. Attendees will learn about the UW Leadership Framework, the Leadership Certificate, and how to use these tangible mechanisms to transform student employment into a high impact practice. We’ll dive into why this matters and how supervisors are at the core of student leadership development.
