Find the “Order Confirmation” Email
First, locate and open the “Order Confirmation” email that you received from Zoom Events and then click its “View Ticket” button as shown below. This will take you to the Zoom Events sign in page.
Click the ‘SSO’ button below the email field
Do not enter your email address and password. Instead, click the SSO button at the bottom of the Zoom Events sign-in page as shown in the screenshot below:
Company Domain is “uwmadison”
Type “uwmadison” without the quotes into the “Domain” field and then click Continue.
This will take you to the UW-Madison login page. Enter your NetID and password as you would when logging in for any other UW-Madison NetID-protected site.
After authenticating with MFA Duo, you’ll be logged in to our event. Click the “Join Lobby” button to enter.
