Director, Collaborative for Engineering Education and Teaching Effectiveness (CEETE)
Elizabeth has been part of the University of Wisconsin Madison since 2006 and has held a position in the College of Engineering since 2012. In her position as Director of CEETE she works to support and constantly improve the quality of education in the College through strategically defining the role of CEETE, working with Engineering to define needs, collaborating with campus groups and projects to make sure Engineering’s needs are met, and working with the campus community in general to assess needs and opportunities that exist to create a constantly improving experience at UW Madison for students, staff, and faculty. Elizabeth sits on many IT governance committees, and is generally asked to serve for her understanding of the landscape of the University and how to get things done within it, and her ability to build consensus. She is passionate about helping others excel personally and professionally while maintaining a healthy and balanced life.
