From Sales to Support: Customer Service Lessons for IT Success

About 20 years ago, I started my career as a bank teller. During that time, I went through a training program on how to deliver exceptional customer support and sales. Those lessons made such an impact that I was honored with the Customer Service Championship award in 2009. Today, working in IT, I’ve found that many of the same principles still apply—helping me grow, succeed, and build stronger connections. In this talk, I’d like to share how building up my communication in handling service based on those concepts made a difference in my career path.
