Brenda Spychalla

Brenda leads, plans and serves with a diverse team of IT, library and media professionals delivering services for the UW-Madison School of Education faculty, staff and students. She’s currently co-leading UW-WIT (UW-Madison’s Women in Information Technology group) and serving a 2-year term as co-lead for Women in IT, an EDUCAUSE Constituency Group. Her interests include IT leadership and management, gender diversity in IT, governance, strategic planning, policy development, mentoring, and IT service management. She has an MA in Library and Information Studies and a BA in History and Economics from UW-Madison.
